TASC - The Agunah Support Coalition (TASC) is an organization in Toronto that helps divorcing couples to resolve their Jewish divorce (“get”) in a timely fashion. The guiding principle of TASC is that a person should not for any reason have to compromise or suffer to obtain a get when the marriage is functionally over. We believe that using a get for an alternative purpose (to punish, exploit, or leverage) is a form of abuse. TASC has four working groups: Education, Support, Prevention, and Advocacy.
